We have now been supporting the Berlin University Alliance in their search for academic personnel for five years. The Berlin University Alliance employment website contains all research positions advertised by the four alliance members: TU Berlin, FU Berlin, HU zu Berlin und the Charité. The network promotes excellent research and teaching in Berlin, for example through offering workshops and other support to PhD students. We look forward to the coming years of this fruitful collaboration.

In addition to companies presenting themselves to students and alumni of their desired university, the university itself can easily post its own positions on our employment websites.
In consultation with Career Services and HR departments, we develop efficient solutions for the publication of internal job offers on the university’s Stellenticket employment website. For example, we can use interfaces to import your job offers to Stellenticket. Another option is the creation of verified accounts with settings that ensure a uniform layout of your job offers.
We also create internal employment websites for our partner universities. The design and content is individualised. For example, the TU Berlin uses a custom website for its own job offers.
The EAH Jena automatically mirrors job offers published in Stellenticket on its website, sorted by category.

It has been five years since we launched Stellenticket Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin, the Career Service’s job portal for students and graduates.

The Berlin School of Economics and Law offers a broad range of degree programs in addition to the two key areas of competence in the name, for example in engineering, administration and computer science. If you would like to publish your job offer on the university’s official platform, head to the ticket shop.

We also offer a solution for HWR alumni who want to stay in touch with their alma mater: the alumni program has been using our CRM Congeno for five years.

One year ago, the HTW Berlin job portal went online. Otherwise, our focus over the last year was on optimising our two core products: the job portals and our campus management software Congeno. This year, we plan further improvements to ensure that our software is as customer-friendly as possible. Several interesting internal and collaborative projects will also come to fruition. We are delighted to mark the fifth anniversary of our cooperation with the Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena - University of Applied Sciences. Our first job portal, Stellenticket TU Berlin, was launched in 2010. The underlying idea was to enable targeted and easy recruiting at universities and other institutes of higher education. When creating a new draft, you can simply navigate to "Type" in the pre-settings and select "Event". As usual, a red ticket is required to publish an event or program.

On this day 13 years ago, the first job offers went online in the portal of the TU Berlin, our first cooperation partner of all! We continue to expand our long-term and successful collaboration: this year, we launched an additional portal for internal positions at the TU Berlin. The university also utilises our software Congeno in numerous areas.

We look forward to many more years of close collaboration!

In order to maintain our usual standard of service, we will make a slight adjustment to our prices. The price for single portal tickets will remain the same, at 50 € for a blue ticket and 200 € for a red ticket. We will also continue to offer our additional services for 40 € per coupon.

The sole change is to the pricing structure of our combi tickets. From June 15, the combi tickets will function as follows: For the blue ticket, the first portal will cost 50 € and each additional portal 35 €. For the red ticket, the first portal will cost 200 € and each additional portal 100 € (all stated prices are exclusive of value added tax). Currently, some tickets are bound to particular job portals. To simplify the publication process, we will remove this constraint: a combi ticket will then allow one to publish a job offer in any of our portals.

This adjustment ensures that we can continue to assist you in a timely manner. We continue to work on improving and expanding our job portals: at the beginning of the year, the HTW Berlin joined our portfolio of prestigious universities, which now encompasses 18 job portals.

We continue to develop our software Congeno. One of the newest additions is that it is possible to automatically send emails on particular occasions. An example is daily happy birthday emails to all users whose birthday falls on a given day.

Congeno is tailored to the needs of higher education institutions. It is deployed in many different areas, including event and alumni management. University-wide solutions are also available.

We are delighted that our successful cooperation with the Universität Hannover is now entering its eighth year. We run two job portals for the university: Stellenticket Leibniz Universität Hannover for positions targeted at university students and graduates, and jobicco Uni Hannover for part-time or short-term positions that do not require academic qualifications. The TU9 university is a renowned institution that offers 85 degree programs in diverse fields such as law, humanities, engineering and the sciences. One year ago, we founded the portal Stellenticket Start-ups. The portal brings together founders and job-seekers who are interested in start-ups. We are delighted about our newest cooperation with the Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin! The new job portal Stellenticket HTW Berlin was launched today. It complements our strong Berlin profile with an emphasis on computer science, engineering and economics. Our event and alumni management software Congeno has a new feature.

It is now possible to limit the number of places per option. This means you can offer multiple options in your events, with a different number of spots available for each possible choice.

Our CRM and event management software Congeno now allows for events to be held as video conferences and workshops to be offered in digital form without the use of external software or tools. This means greater convenience: it is not necessary to configure external software or manually send links to participants. In addition, the personal data of the participants is not shared with external services. The online meetings take place on software hosted by us on the servers of Stellenticket in Germany.

Are you interested in participating in the beta test? We are still looking for 2-3 Congeno instances to participate in beta testing. During the beta test, this function will be provided free of charge, you can participate in development, and as a thank-you you will receive it for a reduced price afterwards. A new feature has been added to our software Congeno, which assists users with event management, among other things: invoices can now be issued. They are automatically generated (for participation fees for an event, for example) and can be manually edited, for example to include individual discounts or special items. As usual, we have provided scope for extensive adjustment according to customer wishes, such as individual invoice designs. We are excited to be able to offer our customers this first component of the Congeno finance module.

The eventful year of 2021 is drawing to a close. The Stellenticket team will take a break over the holiday period and may be less responsive than usual. Facing the growing concerns caused by Log4Shell, Stellenticket wishes to state that neither our job portals nor Congeno is affected by this security gap.

A further module with extensive survey features has been added to our software Congeno. It has already been utilised: the Landeskonferenz der Rektoren und Präsidenten der Berliner Hochschulen (LKRP) employed it in a recent survey of Berlin universities. Around 42,000 students participated. The survey found that more than 80 percent of students will be fully vaccinated by the beginning of the winter semester.

We are happy to announce our newest portal Stellenticket DRESDEN-concept. Members of the DRESDEN-concept research alliance are now able to advertise positions for free, both in the DRESDEN-concept portal and in the TU Dresden portal. Potential applicants can easily view relevant job advertisements in Dresden, which has a vibrant research sector.

You can now publish multilingual job ads on Stellenticket. Our premium ad allows you to publish your job ad in two or three languages (German, English, French).

On November 20, 2019 our new portal Stellenticket TU Braunschweig went online. Simultaneously to the relaunch of the TU Braunschweig homepage, the fourth TU9 university portal by Stellenticket can now be used for the publication of job offers. For Lower Saxony employers, the combination of our portals in Hanover and Braunschweig offers a great possibility for a publication with a Combi-Lower-Saxony ticket.

From today on, our ticket-shop accepts payments via credit card again. With Ayden, we have found a qualified service provider for it.

With date of 24.10.2019, we made some small changes in our terms & conditions.

With Technische Universität Braunschweig, we won another renowned TU9 university as a partner. Thereby, four TU9 universities rely on our services. The two new portals – Stellenticket and jobicco TU Braunschweig – will go online in November 2019. We are looking forward to the cooperation with TU Braunschweig.

For a better overview, the job offers are now displayed in two separate lists. In the upper list you find job offers by companies, state agencies, associations, ..., in the lower list you find offers by universities and research institutes.

The major universities of Berlin and the Charité celebrate a great success at the (German) Excellence Strategy Competition - just in time for the launch of the new job portal of the Berlin University Alliance, realized in cooperation with Stellenticket.

Due to the new General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) and the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), Stellenticket and jobicco updated their Terms and Privacy Policy. The possibility to publish advertisements for Events & Programs in the Stellenticket portals is often overlooked. That is why we are now especially pointing to this possibility in our Ticket Shop. While easter is approaching fast, Stellenticket still works intensively on numerous projects. This month we got, to our delight, two highly motivated Ruby on Rails developers in the IT-area. Bereits seit Oktober letzten Jahres nutzt die Bauhaus-Universität Weimar unsere CRM-Software für ihren Careers Service; zukünftig wird nun auch das Stellenportal von uns betrieben. Der Start von Stellenticket Bauhaus-Universität Weimar ist für den 1. August 2017 geplant.

Wir freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit dieser renommierten Universität.

Es ist soweit: Überall duftet es nach gebrannten Mandeln und Glühwein, die Straßen sind hell erleuchtet und funkeln in vorweihnachtlicher Pracht. Mit der Europa-Universität Viadrina begrüßen wir einen weiteren Partner, das Stellenportal ist bereits online. Studierende und Absolvierende der Rechts-, Wirtschafts- und Geisteswissenschaften können so direkt im Verbund mit unseren anderen Hochschulen in Berlin und Umgebung angesprochen werden. Schauen Sie doch selbst bei unserem Konfigurator im Ticket-Shop vorbei. Dieser wird Ihnen helfen das für Sie günstigste und passende Ticket zu Ihren Wunschportalen zu erstellen.

Just in time for the start of the new semester the job portal of Freie Universität Berlin is online. We are happy to welcome the biggest of the four state universities in Berlin, since it offers a wide range of fields of study with 36.000 students from 12 departments and 150 different courses. For the first time in the history of Berlin universities, it is now possible to publish job offers for students and alumni at all of the four big Berlin universities with only one click: The suitable ticket is our Combi-Berlin 4 ticket, which allows you to reach more than 100.000 students and alumni in Berlin.

From now on, Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin is a partner of Stellenticket, the job portal is already online. With its 12.000 students, Beuth University should be your first choice if you’re looking for engineering, natural sciences or business students. It is also possible to publish job offers at Beuth University in combination with other universities from the Berlin area to increase the reach – for only a small extra charge. The configurator in our ticketshop will automatically show you the most suitable and cheapest ticket for your choice.

With FU Berlin we won another university of excellence as a partner. Thus all four state universities in Berlin with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, FU Berlin, TU Berlin and UdK Berlin rely on job portals of Stellenticket. The new portal at FU Berlin will go online soon to the summer 2016. We are looking forward to the cooperation with FU Berlin.

With the beginning of May Stellenticket UdK Berlin went online. It is our third portal at a state university in Berlin. The portal at Universität der Künste Berlin offers employers the opportunity to reach students, fresh graduates and alumni with professional profiles that are only found in few other universities.

Our Career Service Manager (CaSeMan) is used to manage the workshops of the CTC since the summer semester 2016 at UdK Berlin and the same for students and alumni of four Berlin art academies and two other institutions. Thanks to its easy individual adaptability CaSeMan copes with this challenge.

With TH Brandenburg we won a young and dynamic university as a partner. It is already the sixth university within the region Berlin-Brandenburg that cooperates with Stellenticket. The start of Stellenticket TH Brandenburg is scheduled for May 2016.

With UdK Berlin we have a prestigious art school as a partner, which is unique in its concept in Europe. With UdK Berlin three of the four state universities in Berlin are now partners of Stellenticket. In addition to the job portal, Career & Transfer Service Center of UdK Berlin will also use our Career Service Manager (CaSeMan) for the management of the event program. Both the job portal and the event manager will go online in April 2016.

With the start of Stellenticket at Leibniz Universität Hannover employers can now reach 25.700 new students and also have the possibility to publish offers as a combi-posting at three TU9-universities at the same time. The whole number of students at all universities cooperating with Stellenticket thereby goes up to about 140.000 - even without taking our partners LEO-NET and LeoSachsen into account.

With the start of „Stellenticket Leibniz Universität Hannover“ on the 4th of April 2016 we add another large and reputed university to our list of quality job portals. It is also our third TU9 university partner which gives employers the opportunity of new interesting combi-postings with TU Berlin as well as TU Dresden. In addition, we launch „jobicco“, a portal for side jobs which are not related to academic studies. As it is basically free of charge, „jobicco“ can be called the little brother of Stellenticket.

Reliability is a key priority for us: For more than 2000 days Stellenticket has been online now - without any interruptions or system failures, even though we are developing and updating our platform continuously. In order to keep up this standard, we are changing over to a complete new software architecture this spring, which will bring many visible improvements about. We will keep you posted.

Wir wünschen allen Besuchern und Nutzern unserer Seiten erholsame Feiertage und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr. With Leibniz Universität Hannover we won another renowned TU9 university as a partner. Also a premier is to mention: in addition to a classic Stellenticket portal for Leibniz Universität we designed a second portal called "jobicco" for side jobs only. Both portals go online in the 1st quarter 2016.

Die Abteilung Personal und Recht der TU Berlin managt zukünftig alle ihre Stellenausschreibungen mit der Technik von Stellenticket. Dazu haben wir für die TU Berlin eine individuell angepasste Lösung entwickelt.

Pünktlich zum 1. November 2015 ist Stellenticket HTWK Leipzig online gegangen. Besonders erwähnenswert: Unternehmen in einem Umkreis von bis zu 50km um Leipzig können bis zu 5 Anzeigen pro Monat kostenfrei schalten.

Der Starttermin für das neue Stellenportal an der HTWK Leipzig steht nun fest. Es geht ganz schnell, am 1. November 2015 geht das Portal online. Tickets können bereits jetzt im Ticket-Shop erworben werden.

Mit der Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Kultur Leipzig als Partner erfährt unser Netzwerk in Sachsen eine weitere deutliche Verstärkung. Das neue Stellenportal für die HTWK Leipzig wird noch in diesem Jahr online gehen.

Anzeigen im Account (z.B. bei "Entwürfe" und "Veröffentlichungen") sind nun per Stichwort filterbar. Zudem erfolgt die Darstellung nun auch auf mehreren Seiten analog zu den Anzeigenlisten auf den Portalen. Dies erhöht die Übersichtlichkeit für Anzeigenschalter mit vielen Anzeigen deutlich.

Currently it might look silent at Stellenticket but we are working hard in the background: We are modernizing our systems to speed up further developments of our projects. You can now import and export your offers via JSON-RPC api in real time. As a result your offers can be exported to external systems and new offers created with an external system can be imported to our system without any problems. Wir haben die Stellensuche optimiert: Dank Suchoperatoren können Sie Ihre Suchabfragen nun für exakte Suchergebnisse noch weiter verfeinern. Beachten Sie dazu das Infosymbol neben der Stichwortsuche.

Beim Copy & Paste aus Vorlagen (PDF, Word) erkennt unser System nun spezielle Listen- und Aufzählungszeichen und wandelt den Text dementsprechend um. Zuvor eventuell auftretende unlesbare Zeichen wie z.B. "" gehören damit der Vergangenheit an und eine Nachbearbeitung per Hand entfällt, sodass Stellenanzeigen noch schneller veröffentlicht sind.
