Intern­ship Brand Com­mu­nic­a­tion (m/w/d)

Work­ing field:

  • Pre­par­a­tion of brief­ings for media place­ments in digital and print media, in close coordin­a­tion with the Team Lead Brand Com­mu­nic­a­tion
  • Sup­port in the coordin­a­tion of internal and external part­ners in the media sec­tor, in par­tic­u­lar the global media agency and the media man­agers in the world­wide regional mar­ket teams
  • Cre­ation of present­a­tions for the media pres­ence of the brand in the Owned, Paid and Earned com­mu­nic­a­tion chan­nels
  • Pre­par­a­tion of media reports, mar­ket ana­lyses and other stud­ies (in close cooper­a­tion with the Strategy & Ana­lyt­ics depart­ment)
  • Col­lab­or­a­tion on the optim­iz­a­tion of media pro­cesses (e.g. guidelines, tem­plates, pro­cess maps)
  • Main­ten­ance of the Global Media Flight Cal­en­dar
  • Sup­port in data extrac­tion and pre­par­a­tion of data sets from vari­ous tools for media plan­ning, eval­u­ation and ana­lysis
  • Gen­eral sup­port in day-to-day busi­ness


  • Bach­elor's degree in mar­ket­ing, media, com­mu­nic­a­tions or a com­par­able field of study
  • Enthu­si­asm for the field of media and com­mu­nic­a­tion (espe­cially plan­ning and eval­u­ation of advert­ising meas­ures)
  • Basic know­ledge of the work­ing meth­ods in online or off­line chan­nels (Paid Social, SEA, Dis­play, Print, Out of home)
  • Struc­tured and accur­ate work
  • High qual­ity aware­ness and a feel for the eval­u­ation of text and image con­tent
  • Very good know­ledge of the entire MS Office pack­age, in par­tic­u­lar Excel
  • Inde­pend­ent and con­scien­tious way of work­ing
  • Inter­cul­tural com­mu­nic­a­tion skills and enjoy­ment of work­ing in an inter­na­tional team
  • In the best case already exper­i­ence with an agency or in the com­mu­nic­a­tion area of a com­pany
  • Eng­lish and Ger­man flu­ent in spoken and writ­ten, other lan­guages are advant­age­ous
