We’re on the lookout for a Work­ing Stu­dent to sup­port our Cus­tom Research Insights team by improv­ing the qual­ity and access­ib­il­ity of sales data and reports.

Why this is a unique oppor­tun­ity

Our Cus­tom Insights team is at the fore­front of a paradigm shift in how For­tune 1000 com­pan­ies under­stand their cus­tom­ers. We help the likes of Intel and Alli­anz design mobile-optim­ised sur­veys, col­lect data in real-time, and present insights in inter­act­ive, cus­tom­ised dash­boards. The team has had suc­cess in bring­ing this pro­pos­i­tion to mul­tiple high-pro­file cli­ents, but needs sup­port in fur­ther devel­op­ing a pipeline of pro­spects to ensure its long-term suc­cess. Your role as a Work­ing Stu­dent will be to increase the sales team’s oper­a­tional effi­ciency by optim­ising their CRM data and res­ults report­ing. This is a unique oppor­tun­ity to learn the pro­cesses and tools of an ambi­tious B2B sales team and gain valu­able exper­i­ence in a fast-grow­ing tech­no­logy star­tup.

What you will do at Dalia

  • Enter and optim­ise cli­ent data into our CRM sys­tem (e.g. update cli­ent records, fill miss­ing data).
  • Doc­u­ment sales pro­cesses to make onboard­ing and train­ing of future hires smoother.
  • Res­ults report­ing: pre­pare sum­mar­ies for weekly meet­ings, set up easier access and visu­al­isa­tion of data with Google Data Stu­dio.
  • Write and organ­ise notes (e.g. weekly meet­ings) & know­ledge base of the sales team
  • Col­lect con­tacts of pro­spect­ive enter­prise cli­ents to enrich our CRM data­base.

Require­ments:

  • Tech savvy: you have a knack for quickly pick­ing up the ins and outs of new soft­ware without much instruc­tion.
  • Prior expos­ure to a B2B sales pro­cess is a huge plus, but not required.
  • A highly ambi­tious, curi­ous and driven mind­set, to under­stand and com­mu­nic­ate com­plex top­ics.
  • Are struc­tured in an unstruc­tured envir­on­ment: you are highly organ­ised and able to work autonom­ously without micro-man­age­ment in a rap­idly chan­ging and often ambigu­ous envir­on­ment.
  • Strong inner drive to get things done: you don’t wait for oth­ers to man­age or tell you what to do, you are self-driven and an internal change-maker.
  • Entre­pren­eur­ial mind­set: you’re driven, ener­getic, ambi­tious and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
