Working Student - B2B Sales
We’re on the lookout for a Working Student to support our Custom Research Insights team by improving the quality and accessibility of sales data and reports.

Our Custom Insights team is at the forefront of a paradigm shift in how Fortune 1000 companies understand their customers. We help the likes of Intel and Allianz design mobile-optimised surveys, collect data in real-time, and present insights in interactive, customised dashboards. The team has had success in bringing this proposition to multiple high-profile clients, but needs support in further developing a pipeline of prospects to ensure its long-term success. Your role as a Working Student will be to increase the sales team’s operational efficiency by optimising their CRM data and results reporting. This is a unique opportunity to learn the processes and tools of an ambitious B2B sales team and gain valuable experience in a fast-growing technology startup.
What you will do at Dalia
Enter and optimise client data into our CRM system (e.g. update client records, fill missing data).
Document sales processes to make onboarding and training of future hires smoother.
Results reporting: prepare summaries for weekly meetings, set up easier access and visualisation of data with Google Data Studio.
Write and organise notes (e.g. weekly meetings) & knowledge base of the sales team
Collect contacts of prospective enterprise clients to enrich our CRM database.
Tech savvy: you have a knack for quickly picking up the ins and outs of new software without much instruction.
Prior exposure to a B2B sales process is a huge plus, but not required.
A highly ambitious, curious and driven mindset, to understand and communicate complex topics.
Are structured in an unstructured environment: you are highly organised and able to work autonomously without micro-management in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment.
Strong inner drive to get things done: you don’t wait for others to manage or tell you what to do, you are self-driven and an internal change-maker.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you’re driven, energetic, ambitious and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
