Trade Mar­ket­ing Intern

Work­ing field:

ESSEN­TIAL DUTIES AND RESPONS­IB­IL­IT­IES:

  • Give sup­port to the mar­ket­ing exec­ut­ive on co-ordin­ate all trade mar­ket­ing cam­paigns and mater­i­als in liaison with external agency and in-house design stu­dio includ­ing:

o Par­ti­cip­ate and have con­tact with some Trade Media agen­cies.
o Travel Agency Sales and Mar­ket­ing toolkit: day to day super­vi­sion of trade web­site where all our cam­paigns and brand tem­plates are avail­able for trade part­ners to down­load and use for local cam­paigns.
o Email mar­ket­ing: give sup­port to the mar­ket­ing exec­ut­ive on build trade emails on a weekly basis and work closely with the Sales Admin team to make sure the email con­tent cal­en­dar is always rel­ev­ant and in line with the cur­rent pro­mo­tions
o Sup­port the Trade Incent­ive scheme (Club Royal): help in all mar­ket­ing com­mu­nic­a­tion col­lat­eral and trade press adverts to sup­port the trade incent­ive scheme

  • Ana­lyt­ics: give some sup­port on run weekly stats on trade cam­paign and digital per­form­ances (Trade web­site, email, social)

  • Bro­chure and col­lat­eral mater­ial dis­tri­bu­tion: day to day rela­tion­ship with our ful­fill­ment sup­pli­ers, organ­iz­ing dis­tri­bu­tion to the trade, invent­ory man­age­ment. To be respons­ible for the effect­ive util­isa­tion of mater­ial ensur­ing that trade dis­tri­bu­tion is optim­ized and as effi­cient as pos­sible

  • To work par­tic­u­larly closely with the Sales Admin team to ensure there is integ­ra­tion and syn­ergy with all com­mu­nic­a­tions going out

Require­ments:

  • Nat­ive Ger­man Speaker
  • Pro­fi­cient in Eng­lish

EXPER­I­ENCE:

  • Edu­cated to a degree level with a pro­fes­sional qual­i­fic­a­tion in mar­ket­ing
  • A pre­vi­ous intern­ship in mar­ket­ing/trade mar­ket­ing will be a plus
