Work on the research project "SimRocUQ": Simulation of RF and optical components with Uncertainty Quantification: Enhance, implement, and validarte suitable algorithms in cooperation with project partners, using own simulation codes as well as commercial tools
successfullyl completed university degree (Master, Diplom or equivalent) in electrical engineering or related areas (e.g. Technomathematik) with a focus on computational electromagnetics
very good knowledge of simulation techniques and numerical analysis, ideally also in stochastics
experience in or the willingness to quickly work oneself into the area of application (simulation of RF and optical components)
ability to independently carry oput work and research
Good English language skills are desired.
